Condo renovation 1

Location, Location, Location.

Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, this condo had the location, but needed some major updating. The client wanted to compete for market share with the newer developments that were popping up during the condo boom. This renovation, included a complete overhaul of the kitchen, crown molding thoughout and a refreshed bathroom. The client was very pleased to see a market value increase with their investment and was able to rent it at the level the new condo developments were asking.
